The main hero in ‘Shashtipoorthi’ is Rupesh. Interestingly, Rajendra Prasad and Archana, the senior actors who co-starred in the 1980s classic hit ‘Lady Tailor,’ appear in crucial roles. They have reunited to act together after a 37-year gap. Anil Ravipudi, the successful filmmaker, revealed the first look motion poster. He praised the debutant director and the entire Shashtipoorthi team.
With this film, Pavan Prabha makes his directorial debut. The film, produced by Rupesh Chaudhary, has completed 80 percent of its filming.
Rupesh’s heroine in the film is Aakanksha Singh of “Malli Rava” fame.
Maestro Ilaiayaraja is composing the music.
