Announced: Nayanthara joins Chiranjeevi-Anil Ravipudi’s film

Nayanthara has officially joined the cast of Chiranjeevi and Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming film, playing the female lead. The announcement was made today via a special video shared on social media.

The video features Nayanthara speaking in Telugu with her team, grooving to Chiranjeevi’s classic hits during a car ride, flipping through the script, and even delivering one of his iconic dialogues — all with her signature charm. Director Anil Ravipudi makes a surprise appearance at the end, sealing the announcement.

The film is produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner, in association with Sushmita Konidela’s Gold Box Entertainments. Touted as a full-fledged entertainer, the film marks Nayanthara’s third collaboration with Chiranjeevi after Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Godfather.

Anil Ravipudi is said to have crafted a standout role for Nayanthara.

The film features cinematography by Sameer Reddy and music by Bheems Ceciroleo. It is slated for a Sankranthi 2026 release.
