Anushka Shetty has cut down her acting assignments lately. Having attained a superstar image, Anushka has become choosy in signing new films.
After the release of ‘Baahubali 2’, she has appeared in only three films – ‘Bhaagamathie’, ‘Sye Raa’ (cameo appearance), and ‘Nishabdham’.
The thriller ‘Nishabdham’ skipped theatrical release and opted for direct OTT release.
Anushka has not announced her next film yet. She wants to start her career afresh next year. She has already agreed to be part of two new movies which will be announced next month. Both of these movies will hit the floors in 2021.
In an earlier interview with us, Anushka said that the lockdown gave her so much time to live life on her own terms and enjoying this long break.
“I am excited to get back to my career in 2021,” she said.
