AP pays Rs 17 lakhs for Kathi Mahesh’s treatment

The Andhra Pradesh government has come forward to bear the expenses for the treatment of film critic Kathi Mahesh who was injured in a road accident last week. The government has sanctioned an amount of Rs 17 lakh to Apollo Hospitals, Chennai towards the treatment of Kathi Mahesh.

The amount was released under Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Kathi Mahesh is a film critic, actor, and political activist. He is also the ruling YSRC party supporter. He became popular after he participated in the ‘Bigg Boss’ show.

Kathi Mahesh suffered injuries after the vehicle he was traveling rammed into a lorry in Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh. His condition is stable and recovering now.
