Ayesha Khan claims filmmakers brainwash upcoming actresses

Ayesha Khan, known for her appearances in Telugu films such as “Om Bheem Bush,” exposed how directors treat naïve newbies, particularly aspiring actresses, in the Bollywood industry. Recalling the shoot she did for a part audition, Ayesha Khan stated that the director wanted her to wear a shirt with several holes.

“I consented to wear that top but was surprised to see that he desired a sensual aspect for the shooting and thus instructed me not to wear a bra or anything under the top. I asked him how I could do such a thing in front of the crew and him,” she said.

Ayesha Khan continued, “The director stated that they will only film above her bust. But even if I don’t wear innerwear, you (crew) will see me right, I explained. He said, “This happens only here.” I was shocked.”

Pressure on actresses

Ayesha Khan further stated that most filmmakers brainwash new actresses by reminding them how yesteryears actresses did the same and became top stars. She went on to say that they put pressure on the aspiring actress and give the sense that everyone has to do the same thing to succeed.

Ayesha Khan appeared in Telugu films such as “Mukha Chitram”, “Om Bheem Bush”, and “Manamey”. She also performed an item song in “Gangs of Godavari.”
