‘Bedurulanka 2012’ brought a big relief to actor Kartikeya Gummakonda. The dramedy, directed by Clax, had a strong Sunday. It grossed Rs 2.77 Cr on Day 3.
Earlier, it made Rs 1.70 Cr on Day 1 (Friday) and Rs 1.90 Cr on Day 2 (Saturday). This brought the total to Rs 6.37 Cr (worldwide).
Loukya Entertainments has been informed by exhibitors about the rising demand for the movie. Over the weekend, extra shows were added across territories in the Telugu States.
“We added new screens as demand emerged from different parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The comedy is universal and clean. People are loving the comedy tracks involving Ajay Ghosh, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Ram Prasad and Srikanth Ayyengar,” the makers said.
Produced by Ravindra Benerjee Muppaneni and presented by C Yuvaraju, the film has music by Mani Sharma. Neha Shetty is its heroine.
