Day 1: Ante Sundaraniki posts average numbers

Nani’s ‘Ante Sundaraniki’ took pretty average numbers on the first day. The film received mixed talk. The collections in Hyderabad and other urban areas are decent. But the film could not pull the audiences in other territories.

The premiere show collection in the USA is decent. It grossed $236k from Thursday previews.

The film needs to pull its socks on Saturday and Sunday. The opening weekend collections are crucial for any movie. The lack of a viral song and the not-so-impressive trailer were the reasons for such a pretty average opening for this movie.

‘Ante Sundariniki’ is a social drama. The Vivek Athreya-directed film has Malayalam actress Nazriya as the female lead.
