The much anticipated second single from “Devara” is out. The song “Chuttamalle” exudes glamor. Music director Anirudh Ravichander composed a beautiful tune for this song, which features solely a female voice.
Rama Jogayya Sastry wrote the song, which includes NTR and Janhvi Kapoor romancing as lovers. However, the entire song features Janhvi Kapoor’s character describing how she is immersed in her lover’s, played by NTR, thoughts.
Shilpa Rao’s vocals were appropriate for Janhvi, who plays a rural girl. NTR has performed some impressive dance steps, yet he remains silent. A big mass movie normally does not have a heroine’s solo singing part but the team took a different approach for this film.
While NTR appeared cool, Janhvi Kapoor was at her glam best.
“Devara: Part 1” is directed by Koratala Siva and stars NTR, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Shruti Marathe in lead roles. It will be released on September 27.
