The controversy surrounding ‘Kick’ distributor Warangal Srinu and Dil Raju subsided recently when the latter had allotted more theaters to the movie in the Nizam region in the second week. Dil Raju and his cousin Sirish Reddy control the maximum number of theaters in the Telangana (Nizam region) state.
Warangal Srinu bought the theatrical distribution rights of Ravi Teja’s ‘Kick in the Nizam region. He made severe allegations against Dil Raju and Sirish saying that they had humiliated him and deliberately tried to kill his business.
Dil Raju and Sirish are now demanding an apology from Warangal Srinu. The producer’s council will be convening a meeting shortly and will ask for an apology from Warangal Srinu. But Srinu says that he has not made any baseless allegations.
We have to see how would Srinu handle this matter further. He has the backing of a big production house, that has some issues with Dil Raju.
