It is no secret that Vijay Deverakonda has been subjected to trolling and a deliberate negative campaign by some vested interests. When his film “Family Star” was released in theaters on April 5, a slew of social media posts criticized it and created cheap trolls.
And when the film debuted on Amazon Prime last weekend, a similar trend emerged. Nonetheless, the film has remained at the top of the OTT platform’s popularity charts.
It appears that people are watching and ignoring the negative campaign.
Parasuram Petla directed and SVC produced “Family Star”, which had Mrunal Thakur as the film’s female lead.
