First look of Mohan Babu from ‘The Paradise’ unveiled

Veteran actor Mohan Babu, renowned for his iconic villainous portrayals, has returned to negative roles. Over his illustrious career spanning more than 500 films, he has delivered several memorable performances as an antagonist before transitioning into a successful lead actor with multiple blockbusters to his credit.

In recent years, Mohan Babu has appeared on screen only occasionally, but he is now making a strong comeback. He plays a pivotal negative role in Nani’s upcoming film “The Paradise,” directed by Srikanth Odela.

The makers today unveiled his first look from the film.

The poster features Mohan Babu sitting shirtless on a chair, his hands stained with blood. He plays a powerful and intense character named Shikanja Maalik.

About The Paradise

“The Paradise” marks the second collaboration between actor Nani and director Srikanth Odela after their successful outing with “Dasara.” The film is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri.

Set against the backdrop of Secunderabad, this period drama features Nani in a rugged avatar as Jedalu, a character with braided hair and a tattoo on his hand that reads “Lan**koduku.” Sonali Kulkarni plays his mother, while Bollywood actor Raghav Juyal appears in a key role.

“The Paradise” is scheduled for release on March 26, 2026.
