Varun Tej has turned Korean Kanakaraju for a new film. Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi and produced by UV Creations in association with First Frame Entertainment, the film is across India and South Korea. This film is titled Korean Kanakaraju (KOKA).
Marking the actor’s birthday, the makers revealed the film’s title through an intriguing glimpse.
The glimpse opens on an intense note, with Korean police officers brutally interrogating Satya, demanding information about a mysterious man. Under pressure, Satya introduces himself as a professional photographer from Penukonda in Ananthapur district. Ritika Naik enters the scene, clarifying that the cops are actually in pursuit of a dreaded figure named Kanakaraju.
The tone shifts dramatically with the explosive introduction of Varun Tej as Kanakaraju. Sporting a rugged lungi, untamed long hair, and striking Trident–Damaruk tattoos, he exudes a fierce and menacing aura, knife in hand.
Varun Tej undergoes a striking transformation, with piercing blue eyes and a raw intensity that add a new dimension to his screen presence. Ritika Naik makes a strong impression as the female lead, while Satya delivers his trademark comic timing.
This film is important for Varun Tej to bounce back as he had series of flops.
