The first month of 2024 has ended. During the month, one film became a massive success. The film “Hanu Man” dominated the show. In the second month of 2024, roughly ten Telugu films with medium and small budgets will be released.
“Ambajipeta Marriage Band” starring Suhas will be released in theaters on February 2nd. The film’s trailer and promotional content generated a lot of buzz. On the same day, another film called “Happy Ending” will be released. It has Yash Puri as the hero.
The only two notable films that generated some buzzz are Ravi Teja’s “Eagle” and Varun Tej’s “Operation Valentine”. Ravi Teja’s film is set to release on February 9, while Varun Tej’s air force drama will hit screens a week later. Both of these films have big budgets and unique storylines. The trade is betting big on them.
The film “Yatra 2,” chronicling the emergence of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, will compete with Ravi Teja’s flick on Feb 9. Rajinikanth will appear as a guest star in the film “Lal Salaam,” which will be released on the same day.
Sundeep Kishan’s “Ooru Peru Bhairavakona” will release on Feb 16. “Sundaram Master” and “Tiragabadara Saami” will be released in the final weeks of February.
However, none of these movies had high expectations.
