Harish Shankar promises third film With Pawan Kalyan
“Ustaad Bhagat Singh”, starring Pawan Kalyan, is currently running in theaters after its release during the Ugadi festival. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film showcases Pawan Kalyan in a cop’s role.
Harish Shankar first rose to the top league when he directed Pawan Kalyan in “Gabbar Singh” (2012), which turned out to be a sensational blockbuster. However, it took more than a decade for the duo to reunite for their second collaboration.
Now, the director has assured fans that the wait for their next project will not be as long. During an interaction with fans on a Twitter Space, Harish Shankar promised another film with the star.
“I will definitely do another different film with Pawan Kalyan. My third film with Pawan Kalyan garu will definitely happen very soon. This is my promise,” he said.
Given Pawan Kalyan’s active political role as Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, it remains to be seen when the project will materialize. He is also expected to complete his film with Surender Reddy, which is likely to go on floors soon.
