Shruti Haasan is clueless about Salaar 2 progress
Shruti Haasan saw a strong resurgence in her career after starring alongside Prabhas in “Salaar”, directed by Prashanth Neel. The film released in 2023 and the makers had announced a sequel soon after.
However, “Salaar 2” is yet to go on floors, leaving even its lead actress uncertain about its progress.
In a recent YouTube interaction with Mashable India, Shruti Haasan revealed that she has no clarity about when the team will resume work on the sequel. “I don’t know when they will ask me to join. If they ask, I will go,” she said.
At present, Prashanth Neel is busy directing “Dragon” starring NTR, which has further delayed the sequel’s timeline.
Shruti Haasan has also appeared in Rajinikanth’s “Coolie” and has signed a web series, keeping herself busy with multiple projects.
