Actor Hyper Aadi strongly criticized Telugu film trolls who, he said, attack everyone. From legends like Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna to young stars like Vijay Deverakonda and Sreeleela, no one is exception to this trolling. He remarked that this relentless trolling is emotionally draining for actors.
Speaking at an event, Aadi referred to the controversy around Rajamouli. “Rajamouli didn’t insult Lord Hanuman. Aayana Hanumanthudu meeda aligadu, kani avamaninchaledu. But trolls blew it out of proportion,” he said.
He continued, “NTR lost weight for his next role and people trolled him. When Balakrishna garu speaks, trolling begins. They didn’t spare Allu Arjun for his laugh or Sai Dharam Tej after his accident. They even passed nasty comments on Prabhas’s looks. Ram Charan’s ‘Chikiri Chikiri’ went globally viral, yet trolls couldn’t stop commenting.”
Aadi also mentioned Vijay Deverakonda, saying, “For some, Arjun Reddy is iconic, like Baahubali is. Still Vijay faces merciless trolling. They’re not even giving him time to bounce back.”
He pointed out how Sreeleela continues to face criticism for her acting, despite being a young Telugu girl gaining traction in Hindi and Tamil industries purely on talent.
