Raashii Khanna has revealed that she never intended to be an actor. Vaani Kapoor, her good friend, forced her to go from Delhi to Mumbai since she wanted to be an actor. Raashii, she claims, was doing well in her studies and wanted to continue her education.

Raashii stated that as soon as they arrived, she began auditioning for commercials to supplement her income. She landed ‘Madras Cafe’ after doing some modeling projects and her friend Vaani signed a deal with YRF.
Both are now established actresses. While Vaani Kapoor is well-known in Bollywood, Raashii Khanna has gained popularity in Telugu.
She did, however, add that she enjoys her current position and believes she has the best job in the world.
