IT raids on actress Taapsee’s properties

Actress Taapsee gets a shock from Income Tax officials. Her properties were searched in connection with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s Phantom Films, which was dissolved in 2018.

On Wednesday, the IT searches took place at premises linked to Anurag Kashyap, Madhu Mantena, and Vikramaditya Motwane. They all connected with Phantom Films.

BJP leaders denied that the IT raids are politically motivated. Tapsee has been highly critical of the Modi government.
