‘Ka’ breaks even and sets for profits
Among all Diwali releases, the first film to break even is “Ka,” starring Kiran Abbavaram. The film broke even in all areas and is now set to bring profits.
Despite the intense competition from films like “Amaran” and “Lucky Baskhar”, “Ka” managed to quickly break even due to its relatively small budget and modest sales prices.
Vamsi Nandipati has acquired the film’s rights. For him, it is a profitable venture. However, the profit margin won’t behuge, as the film must achieve a strong performance in the second weekend to generate substantial profits. Currently, the revenue is sufficient to cover the expenses.
For Kiran Abbavaram, this is a successful movie. He ended the flop streak, and he can confidently sign more movies.
