Kajal Aggarwal, who was born and raised in Mumbai, rose to prominence in Telugu and Tamil films. In fact, she reached the pinnacle of her Telugu film career with blockbusters such as “Magadheera” and “Mr.Perfect.”
She has also appeared in Bollywood films such as “Singham” and “Special 26.”
After her marriage, she began working from India’s financial capital. She is still working in Telugu and Tamil films and calls Hyderabad and Chennai home as well.
She is currently starring alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna in Anil Ravipudi’s 108th film. She also co-stars with Kamal Haasan in Shankar’s pan-Indian project, Indian 2.
When asked which of the two industries she prefers, Bollywood or the South Indian film industry, she said she prefers the latter.
She also stated that, while the Hindi film industry has been accepting and kind to her, she prefers the South Indian film industry. Ethics, values, and discipline that the South Indian film industry offers make her more comfortable here.
