Kamal Haasan who had seen a debacle in recently concluded Tamilnadu assembly polls is now set to begin the shoot of ‘Vikram’. The film was announced last year.
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj, of ‘Khaidi’ and ‘Master’ fame, has been ready with the script to direct this movie. Since Kamal Haasan was busy with elections, its shoot was pushed. But now the second wave of corona cases has halted all the shoots in India.
Once things return to normal, Kamal Haasan will start shooting for this thriller. Lokesh Kanagaraj is known for wrapping quickly. He has also roped in Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faazil and Vijay Sethupathi in key roles in this movie.
Kamal Haasan will also need to resolve the issue of ‘Indian 2’ which has been put on hold due to the spat between producers and director Shankar.
