Kamal Haasan is worrying about the delay in ‘Bharateeyudu 2’ aka ‘Indian 2’ as he needs to concentrate on his political party, Makkal Needhi Maiam from January 2021.
Kamal Haasan’s party candidates will contest in Tamilnadu assembly elections that are scheduled to take place in summer 2021. He wants to focus on party activities as soon as he wraps the shoot of ‘Bigg Boss Tamil 4’ and ‘Bharateeyudu 2’. The shoot of ‘Bharateeyudu 2’ was halted in January this year when a major accident happened on the sets killing three persons. Further, lockdown completely halted the shooting.
Director Shankar is set to resume the shoot in October and wrap the entire portion of Kamal Haasan by December. The film is produced by Lyca Productions.
A sequel of 90’s blockbuster ‘Bharateeyudu’, the movie has Anirudh’s music. Rakul Preet Singh, Kajal Aggarwal, and Siddharth play other important roles.
