Sreeleela is making her debut in Bollywood. Aside from promoting her upcoming Telugu movie, Robinhood, Sreeleela is also working on her first Hindi film, which is said to be the second sequel to 1990’s smash hit, Aashiqui. The makers recently released a teaser for the flick. The film’s male lead is Kartik Aaryan, a rising Bollywood superstar.
Despite the fact that Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela had only recently begun filming together, rumors about their relationship appeared.
It is rather trend in Bollywood to link the lead couple of a romantic drama to generate hype about the film. However, the gossip regarding their relationship gathered traction when Kartik Aryan’s mother spoke at the IIFA 2025 event in Jaipur recently.
When host Karan Johar questioned Kartik Aaryan’s mother if she preferred an actress as her daughter-in-law, she responded that the “family’s demand is to have a doctor,” implying that the entire family is seeking a doctor professional as Kartik Aaryan’s wife.
Since Sreeleela completed MBBS, which allows her to become a professional doctor, she fits Kartik’s family choices. Plus, Sreeleela was recently spotted at a close family gathering with Kartik.
It’s unclear whether these rumors are part of movie promotion or a true connection. Only time will tell. Sreeleela is in her early twenties and has a promising career ahead.
