Remember KT Kunjumon? He made a sensation in the 1990s by producing big-budget spectacles. He is famous for introducing great talents like director Shankar with ‘Gentleman’. He also produced Prabhudeva starrer ‘Premikudu’ (Kadhalan). However, he had seen huge losses after some of his productions ran into trouble.
The famous producer is now making a comeback. He has announced a sequel to ‘Gentleman’. Titled ‘Gentleman 2’, the film will start rolling. He has not yet announced the director’s name and casting details, but he has roped in MM Keeravani as the music director.
Known to the Tamil audience as Marakathamani, the veteran music director will compose the songs for all versions. ‘Gentleman 2’ will be released in five languages – Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
AR Rahman’s songs in ‘Gentleman’ were a rage back then.
