Kiara Advani may be the rising female actor in Bollywood, but her films are not performing well lately. Kiara Advani starrer ‘Laxmii’ skipped the theatrical release and premiered on Disney+ Hotstar. The film, which was the remake of ‘Kanchana’, received low ratings from the critics.
Now, Kiara Advani’s female-centric movie ‘Indoo Ki Jawani’ got released in theaters last weekend. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, audiences are not coming to the theaters yet. And this film has also failed to attract them.
The film has collected mere 35 lakhs in the first weekend in India. It is a disaster. Kiara Advani’s popularity didn’t help the film to bring the audiences to the cinema halls during this pandemic.
The ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ actress, however, has many films in her kitty and is the most-sought after actress in India.
