The theatrical trailer of Kishkindhapuri starring Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas has been released. Directed by Koushik Pegallapati and produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner, the film belongs to the horror-thriller genre.
This is the first horror outing for Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, who has until now appeared only in action thrillers.
The story is set in a place called Kishkindhapuri, with much of the drama revolving around a mysterious house named Suvarna Maya. When a group of youngsters enters it, they encounter terrifying experiences that put their lives in danger. The film also explores the concept of “ghost walking.”
The trailer highlights Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas in a serious role, while Anupama Parameswaran appears in a ghostly avatar. Her appearance towards the end of the trailer is the main highlight.
On the technical front, cinematographer Chinmay Salaskar and music director Chaitan Bharadwaj set the mood for the horror narrative.
“Kishkindhapuri” is scheduled for release on September 12. The trailer sets up expectations for a spooky thriller with a mix of horror and comedy.
