Mahesh Babu and the team of Rajamouli’s “GlobeTrotter” (also known as “SSMB29”) are on an extended break from shooting. Rajamouli has been taking long gaps between schedules, giving his actors ample time to relax.
No surprise that Mahesh Babu continues his love for foreign vacations, even though he once promised to cut down on them. When he began shooting for this globe-trotting adventure drama, he assumed Rajamouli would stick to a tight schedule with little time for leisure. But the director has altered his approach, taking month-long breaks between schedules.
Taking advantage of the break, Mahesh Babu recently flew to the Maldives with his wife Namrata and enjoyed a beachside holiday. He shared glimpses from the trip, captioning one post, “Absolute bliss! Thank you Joali for a wonderful stay.”

In one of the photos, Mahesh is seen leaping out of the ocean near his villa. Dressed in a white T-shirt and black track pants, he is captured from behind, avoiding a clear view of his face. His long hair and the toned physique he built for the film are on full display.
In a recent interview, Rajamouli mentioned that he is in no hurry to announce the release date of “GlobeTrotter,” saying he would decide the timing when it feels perfect.
