Here’s what she wrote…

MY EGG FREEZING JOURNEY: Mehreen Pirzadaa

“After 2 years of trying to make up my mind to go through this process I’m so happy that I finally did it. I was contemplating whether to share something so personal or not. But then I thought to myself that there are so many women like me who haven’t yet decided when to get married or have a baby and I think it’s very important to safeguard yourself for the future. I think all women should do this to avoid complications later on.

We don’t talk about this much as it is considered to be a “taboo” topic. With the help of technology, we are able to make better decisions for ourselves so why not? It’s my dream to become a mother and I didn’t want to throw it away just because I was a few years late.”

Wedding canceled

Three years ago, she and politician Bhavya Bishnoi became engaged. Their wedding, scheduled for 2021, was canceled. In due course, Bhavya Bhisnoi entered into matrimony with another woman. Mehreen resumed her acting career and starred in movies such as “F3” and “Spark.”
