‘Mowgli 2025’ teaser: Love story with mythic undertones

After ‘Bubblegum,’ young actor Roshan Kanakala is back with his second film, Mowgli 2025. Directed by Sandeep Raj of Colour Photo fame, the film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under the People Media Factory banner.

Promoted as a romantic action drama set in a forest backdrop, the teaser of “Mowgli 2025” was unveiled by top actor NTR.

The teaser presents Mowgli as a peace-loving youngster whose life changes when love enters his world. But a ruthless cop turns his paradise upside down, setting off an emotional war between love and survival. Director Sandeep Raj has blended mythic undertones into the story, portraying the leads as modern-day Rama and Sita.

Roshan Kanakala surprises speaking in the Uttarandhra dialect. Sakkshi Mhadolkar impresses as speech-impaired woman, while Bandi Saroj Kumar plays the ferocious antagonist. Viva Harsha adds a touch of fun as the hero’s friend.

Kaala Bhairava has provided the music.

“Mowgli 2025” is set for a grand theatrical release on December 12th.
