Naga Shaurya landed in trouble recently when his father was arrested in a gambling case. His father was released on a bail within hours. But the young actor doesn’t want to face the media for some time. His recent film, Varudu Kaavelenu, also failed to set cash registers ringing.
Given this situation, he has asked producers of his upcoming movie, Lakshya, to stop the release plans this year. The film was to release in November, but it has been pushed to March 2022.
He underwent a complete body transformation to essay the role of an archer in ‘Lakshya’. Ketika Sharma of ‘Romantic’ fame is playing the female lead. The sports drama completed its production formalities, but it will release only after three months.
The film is carrying good buzz, but he doesn’t want to face the media fearing the questions about the said gambling case. He is now way related to the case, though.
