Social media is filled with memes and trolling content about senior actor Nagarjuna. The trolls dug out an old video of Nagarjuna to expose his double standards.
The other day Nagarjuna evaded the issue of cinema ticket prices in AP. When he graced the Bangarraju pre-release event, journalists sought his opinion, but he refused to comment, terming it as a political issue.
He further said that the current prices in AP are sufficient enough for his film. His new film, Bangarraju, releases this Jan 14, 2022.
But in 2010, at one of his film events, Nagarjuna spoke at length about cinema ticket prices. The video is now going viral. At his ‘Ragada’ film event, Nagarjuna appealed to the then Chief Minister to hike the cinema ticket prices.
So, trolls have asked him whether the ‘Ragada event’ was a political stage or cinema event. Memes with the lines “Nagarjuna’s Double Standards” have gone viral.
