Nani had a busy year in 2023. He had his biggest hit with “Dasara” in his career. He finished the year with “Hi Nanna,” which was a big hit in the United States.
Both “Dasara” and “Hi Nanna” were directed by newcomers. He was cast as a Telangana miner in the former. His character in the film consumes locally produced alcohol (Pavva). He played a photographer in the latter. In one scene, he is seen drinking Tequila shots at a Goa party.
As a result, Nani shared a collage of himself drinking from “Dasara” and “Hi Nanna” and thanked the fans for their support in 2023.
In 2024, he plans to release two more films. Vivek Athreya’s “Saripodhaa Sanivaram” is currently in production. He will begin work on another film directed by Srikanth Odela of ‘Dasara’ fame.
