The teaser of ‘Narappa’ starring Venkatesh as the titular character is out. A remake of Tamil hit movie, Asuran, the movie’s teaser was released today on the occasion of Venkatesh’s birthday (Dec 13).
The 30-second teaser gives a glimpse of ferocious nature of Narappa, played by Venkatesh. There is no dialogue in the teaser. However, Mani Sharma’s bombastic background score elevates the mood of the theme.
Directed by Srikanth Addala, the film is a revenge drama of an oppressed family in a village. Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu and Suresh Babu, ‘Narappa’ is scheduled to hit the screens next year.
The shoot has reached the final stage. It has Priyamani as Venkatesh’s female pair.
