Superstar Rajinikanth is currently undergoing a health check-up in the USA. The actor will return to India later this month. Before leaving for the USA, he had wrapped the entire shoot of ‘Annaatthe’ (the Telugu version is yet to be titled).
Now, Sun Pictures, which has bankrolled the film, has confirmed its theatrical release on November 4th with a new poster. “#AnnaattheDeepavali ku ready ah?! (are you ready for the Deepavali release?),” the caption read.
‘Annaaatthe’ is directed by Siva, who earlier directed Gopichand’s ‘Souryam’ and Ajith’s ‘Viswasam’. Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Meena, and Khushbu play the female lead.
National award winner D Imman is composing the music. Rajinikanth plays a village leader in the film.
