Nithiin will soon be seen in “Thammudu,” a film he has been working on for quite some time. The film has now completed its censor formalities. In a surprising move, the censor board has awarded it an ‘A’ certificate. The makers chose not to tone down the violent portions to secure a UA certificate.
Believing that the intense scenes are essential to the film’s theme, the team accepted the ‘A’ certification without hesitation.
“Thammudu” is an emotional drama that centers around the bond between a brother and a sister. Nithiin plays the brother, while Laya portrays his sister. The story delves into themes of politics and the business mafia, and is set in the Andhra region.
