Actress Nivetha Thomas took the first jab of the COVID-19 vaccine. On Thursday, she took to social media to post a picture herself of getting vaccinated. In the picture, Nivetha can be seen wearing a sleeveless kurta and keeps a mask on.
The government of India recently made new rules for all adults above 18 to get vaccinated and the 25-year-old actress today took the first jab. The ‘Vakeel Saab’ actress also urged everyone to get vaccinated.
“Please get vaccinated,” she wrote.
Nivetha Thomas is currently working for director Sudheer Varma’s action thriller, ‘Shakini Dhakini’. She is yet to announce new projects.
