Kantamaneni Uma Maheshwari, the youngest daughter of late NT Ramarao, died at her residence in Jubilee Hills on Monday. Uma Maheshwari allegedly died by suicide.
Her daughter Deekshita informed the police on 2.30 PM about her mother’s death. Deekshita informed the police her mother was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her bedroom. A case was registered.
Uma Maheshwari, sister of actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, was reportedly facing health issues and depression for a long. Her elder daughter lives in the USA while her younger daughter Deekshita lives in Hyderabad.
Nandamuri family members are in shock.
