The film ‘Devara,’ starring NTR, just completed a 100-day run in theatres across India. Fans planned spectacular festivities with pyrotechnics, posters, and large crowds at fan clubs and theaters.
The celebrations included awarding shields to theater owners, attending public events with enthusiastic crowds, and highlighting the film’s success at the box office.
There is considerable excitement for the sequel, Devara 2. Still, there are uncertainties about whether the second installment will occur.
Despite its box office triumph, “Devara Part 1” did not get widespread public or critical acclaim. When it appeared on the OTT platform, filmmaker Koratala Siva was heavily trolled. Several of its VFX episodes and action stunts were derided.
According to the public, the story and screenplay were medicore. However, director Koratala Siva recently announced that the script for “Devara 2” has already been finalized.
