Director Parasuram, better known for “Geetha Govindam” and “Sarkaru Vaari Paata”, has signed a new film deal with hero Vijay Deverakonda. The film will begin production later this year. He is currently working on the story idea that Vijay Deverakonda approved. The untitled film, which will be produced by Dil Raju, will be made on a huge scale.
His decision to collaborate with Vijay Deverakonda, on the other hand, elicited strong reactions from another producer, Allu Aravind. Not only has Parasuram received an advance payment from Allu Aravind, but he has also begun working on his next script while sitting in Aravind’s office. Parasuram switched camps after Vijay Deverakonda agreed to his script and agreed to do a film for producer Dil Raju.
This is not the first time Parasuram has switched sides.
Previously, he announced a project with Naga Chaitanya but dropped it as soon as Mahesh Babu agreed to work with him. Many producers, including Allu Aravind, Dil Raju, 14 Reels, BVSN Prasad, and Kedar, have paid Parasuram in advance. However, he does not work with them in the order of their preferences. Hence, he has earned a bad reputation.
