Buzz is that Pooja Hegde may step in Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan multi-starrer ‘Acharya’. The film has Kajal Aggarwal as the female companion for Chiranjeevi.
Ram Charan plays an extended guest role that runs close to 40 minutes of runtime. Kiara Advani and Sai Pallavi were initially considered as Ram Charan’s romantic interest. But the makers are said to have now zeroed in on Pooja Hegde who is riding high on popularity.
Pooja Hegde has earlier danced with Ram Charan in a special song in blockbuster ‘Rangasthalam’. The chartbuster song “Jigelu Rani’ was hot on Ram Charan and Pooja Hegde. It remains to be seen whether Pooja agree to this minor role. The film is being directed by Koratala Siva.
