The filming of “Pushpa 2,” starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, was halted after IT officials raided Mythri Movie Makers and director Sukumar’s offices. The IT raids lasted five days. However, the team did not resume shooting.
According to reports, the production company has reached an agreement with a Bollywood production company. So, the financial barriers for this massive project will be removed.
The remuneration and production scale for “Pushpa 2” have been increased. The salaries of the cast and crew alone amount to more than Rs 200 crore. It will require an additional Rs 100 crore for production and filming.
“Pushpa 2” has a lot riding on it. It is one of the most important projects in Indian cinema. Although Mythri is capable of handling this project, issues with the IT department hampered the shooting schedule.
The title character in “Pushpa 2 The Rule” is played by Allu Arjun. The new schedule will begin later this month.
