‘Pushpa 2’ featuring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna was launched with much fanfare two months ago. But there was no activity thereafter. The film’s regular shoot has not begun prompting rumors that team is facing some issues.
Director Sukumar recently scouted some locations for the film, but he was not satisfied with the choices. Hence, the film’s shooting has not begun. Currently, he is thinking of erecting a huge set in Hyderabad and commencing the shooting. As of now, the plan is to begin the regular shooting after Deepavali.
Allu Arjun is eying a bigger market for ‘Pushpa 2’ and the film will be made on a bigger scale than the first part. Hence, the locations and the sets and the VFX will be on a grander scale.
‘Pushpa’ was a hit in the Telugu states, but it was a huge blockbuster in Hindi. Hence, the makers are planning everything big. The first part was released in December 2022. The second part’s shooting is set to begin almost a year after the release of the first part.
