The health of Rajasekhar, who has been undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad after testing positive for COVID19, is improving. But he continues to be on non-invasive ventilator support. The support is being waned off, doctors attending on him said today.
In a health bulletin released on Tuesday (October 27), the Citi Neuro Centre hospital said his clinical condition is better and responding to treatment.
“He received Plasma Therapy and Cytosorb Device Therapy as part of his ongoing treatment. He continuous to closely monitored by our clinical team,” the hospital statement read.
Rajasekhar’s condition had deteriorated after getting admitted to the hospital last week. His condition seems to be gradually improving now.
His wife Jeevitha had been discharged from the hospital after getting tested negative for coronavirus.
