Producers have little confidence in the potential of theatrical business during this Sankranthi 2021. Many films that announced their release plans for the Sankranthi festival are now being postponed further.
Ram’s ‘Red’ is one such film.
Producer Sravanthi Ravikishore, after consulting several distributors, has decided to wait further to get clarity emerge. It still has chance to come to the theaters for Sankranthi season. But producer Ravikishore is also in dilemma. There are also high chances of getting it postponed further.
‘Red’ is a mass action entertainer and is made for the theatrical experience. Directed by Kishore Tirumala, the film has Nivehta Pethuraj, Malvika Sharma, and Amrutha as the female lead.
‘Red’ was originally slated to hit the theaters in April 2020. The film, however, got postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic conditions.
