Nithin’s ‘Rang De’ has collapsed at the box-office. Released on 26th March, ‘Rang De’ took strong openings on the first day. It continued its decent run in the first weekend. However, the collections started dwindling from Monday itself.
By the fifth day, it is pretty clear that the film has failed to attract the audience. ‘Rang De’ is now struggling to draw even respectable figures in the theaters. This weekend, Nagarjuna’s ‘Wild Dog’ and Karthi’s ‘Sulthan’ are hitting the screens. So, Nithin’s romantic entertainer will have a tough time in the second week as well.
Unless the film sees a dramatic turnaround in the coming weekend, ‘Rang De’ ends up as a loss to the production house Sithara Entertainments.
