Resul Pookutty, who won Oscar award for his sound design for ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, has landed in a controversy over his tweet. The acclaimed sound designer termed SS Rajamouli’s mega hit ‘RRR’ a ‘gay love story’. He reacted to a Twitter user and termed it as such.
‘RRR’ is a fictional tale of friendship between two freedom warriors Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sita Ramaraju played by NTR and Ram Charan respectively.
His comment didn’t go well with Rajamouli, NTR and Ram Charan’s fans. They trolled him heavily for his ‘cheap comment’. They say he is being jealous of Rajamouli’s success. Some wisely commented. What is wrong even if it is a sly gay love story? Some mentioned.
