Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ will have a massive release worldwide. Both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments have extended full support to the film by allowing a hike in ticket prices and five shows in single theaters. In Hyderabad, the benefits shows are going to be held in a big way.
As of now, four theaters in KPHB and three theaters at RTC XRoads are going to screen ‘RRR’ on 24th midnight. The midnight shows begin at 12.30 AM. The ticket rates will be in the range of Rs 3 to 5 thousand.
The Andhra Pradesh government has not given any permission to benefit shows, but distributors are planning early morning shows.
Meanwhile, the film has crossed the $2 million mark from pre-sales for premiere shows in the USA. ‘RRR’ is likely to create new records in the USA on its opening weekend.
Featuring NTR and Ram Charan as freedom warriors, ‘RRR’ is directed by Rajamouli. The film will hit the theaters worldwide on 25th March in multiple languages. DVV Danayya is the producer. The film’s pre-release event in Karnataka was held in a big way on Saturday. Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Bommai graced the event as the chief guest.
