Top director Rajamoulii’s ‘RRR’ featuring NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles is all set to resume shoot tomorrow (October 5) in Hyderabad. The team stopped the filming process seven months ago due to lockdown and the coronavirus outbreak.
Rajamouli even had planned to resume shoot in June this year but later backed off as the Telangana witnessed a sudden jump in corona cases. The director and his family members had also tested positive for corona and luckily recovered soon under home quarantine.
Now, he is roaring to begin the shoot at a specially erected set in Hyderabad.
The production team of the film has been busy doing the groundwork for safety measures to be taken on the location. Actors and crew who will participate in the shoot are under self-quarantine for one week. Since this is a huge production, the makers are taking extra precautions for the safety of all the crew. ‘RRR’ is the first big Telugu film that is resuming shoot amid COVID19.
Directed by Rajamouli and produced by DVV Danayya, ‘RRR’ has Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris as the female lead. MM Keeravani composes the music.
The team will take a break after canning a couple of days and assess the situation. A long schedule will start later this month.
