Soundarya ruled the South Indian film industry in the late 1990s. She died in a plane crash in 2004. Her story is going to be filmed. Making films based on popular actors has become a trend in Indian cinema. The makers are said to have zeroed in on Sai Pallavi to essay Soundarya’s role.
Meanwhile, Sai Pallavi is busy shooting for Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Love Story’. She is also being considered as the sister for Chiranjeevi in the remake of ‘Vedhalam’.
