Samantha last appeared in ‘Jaanu’, a love story featuring her and Sharawanand, which tanked at the box-office. She has lately been posting messages about yoga sessions, urban farming, and her new fashion label. She has also reduced her interaction on Twitter and focussed more on Instagram to connect with fans.
Samantha has also completed her maiden web series, The Family Man.
On the other hand, Samantha also has participated in the #SorrySara and #SorryRakul online trend in support of Rakul Preet Singh and Sara Ali Khan, whose names were dragged into a drug scandal by a news channel. NCB, however, said that no Bollywood names have been listed to be summoned.
